Cleaning includes fresh sheets and towels, scheduled based on your stay:
• 5–7 nights: after 3 nights
• 8–10 nights: after 5 nights
• 11+ nights: weekly

Extra cleaning and additional towels are available for a small fee.

Guests must present a valid ID and credit card at check-in. Special requests are subject to availability and may incur extra charges. Hen, stag, or similar parties are not allowed.

A rental agreement must be signed before arrival. If not received, please contact the property using your booking confirmation details.

We offer premium accommodation in Barcelona with an on-site language academy. All stays include daily language classes at no extra cost.

For stays under 25 nights, no deposit is required—only a €350 pre-authorization at check-in.
For longer stays, a €500 refundable deposit applies, returned within 7 days after check-out (subject to inspection).

Some rooms include elevated beds accessed via a ladder.
