Originating in Paphos, pafitiko loukaniko is a flavourful pork sausage made with a variety of spices and herbs. The sausage is left to mature in dry red and white wine from the local area. It can be eaten without being cooked, or fried. Being on the coast, you’ll find plenty of options for fresh sea food in Paphos. Head harbourside for the catch of the day where you can choose from mussels, squid, octopus, tuna, and much more. Pair your meal with a white wine like Fikardos, or the island beer Keo.
