The Corte Nova Residence, a beautifully restored Venetian palazzo overlooking a canal, offers ten luxurious suites/apartments equipped with every modern comfort. Our reception staff is happy to provide helpful information about the area and our elegant surroundings. During reception hours, guests can also relax in our tranquil private garden, a welcome escape from the bustling city center. Reception is open until 7 p. m. , and we kindly request that you inform us of your estimated arrival time. At check-in, we require a credit card pre-authorization of €200 per apartment as a security deposit for any potential damages. Please note, this deposit is only accepted via credit card. A €25 final cleaning fee and the city tax are payable at check-in, strictly in cash.
