The resort offers an enormous outdoor pool, an indoor pool and a modern SPA, making it perfect for family vacations and weekend getaways.Pestana Colombos will anticipate the date of closure to October 16th 2017, therefore, this should be considered as last check-out date.The all Inclusive services, namely Food And Beverage shall be available until 18h00 (Breakfast and snacks as from 10h00 until 18h00). On 16.10.2017, as from 18h00 all restaurants and bars will close. Bookings with stay date as from 14.10.2017 with more than 3 nights and reservations already confirmed with check-in date as from 16.10.2017 for the Pestana Colombo?s shall be allocated in the Pestana Porto Santo Premium All-Inclusive Beach And SPA Resort, we will consider as follows:- Reservations in Classic Premium and, Superior Premium, will have a free upgrade to Suite;- Reservations in Suite Colombos, T2 and T2 Duplex, will have a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom Suite;- Reservations in T3, T4, T4 Duplex and V4, alternatives shall be analyzed and informed, case by case;All confirmed bookings, for the period as from 16th until 30th October 2017, must be sent to Professional Central Reservations Department (reservas.portugal@pestana.com), until 12th of October 2017. The re-opening date has been postponed to May 27th, 2019, being this the first check-in date, in this resortThe closure date has been anticipated to September 30th, 2019 and this is the last check-out date.On 30.09.2019 All Inclusive services, namely Food And Beverage shall be available until 18h00 (Breakfast and snacks as from 10h00 until 18h00); as from 18h00 on that day, all restaurants and bars will close.Reservations already made for the Pestana Colombos, with stay date as from 28.09.2019 (with 3 nights or more) or with check-in date as from 30.09.2019, shall be transferred to the Pestana Porto Santo Premium All-Inclusive Beach And SPA Resort, as mentioned as follows:· confirmed bookings for Classic and Superior room types, will be ?upgraded? (without extra cost) to Suite S1 (1 bedroom) room type;· confirmed bookings for Suite Colombos, T2 and T2 Duplex, will be ?upgrade? (without extra cost) to Suite S2 (2 bedrooms) room type;· confirmed bookings for T3, T4 e T4 Duplex room types, alternatives shall be informed, case by case; We kindly request you to send to Trade Central Reservations Department (reservas.portugal@pestana.com; trade@pestana.com) until February 20th, 2019 all confirmed bookings for periods from May 01st until 26th, 2019 and from September 28th until October 28th, 2019.As complementary information, some operational readjustments will be implemented in Pestana Porto Santo and all details will be provided to guests, upon hotel arrival.
