Our gift vouchers can be redeemed against any holiday that we sell – whether that’s a city break to the cosmopolitan city of Rome, a beach holiday to soak up the sunshine on a Greek island or a relaxing Caribbean cruise! It couldn’t be easier to buy your gift vouchers with us. All you have to do is simply decide how much you want to spend, whether you want to customise the voucher with a personal message, choose what day you want us to send the voucher, then call our team on 020 3887 5176 and we will do the rest.

Terms and conditions

1. All vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
2. Your gift voucher can be used as full or part payment of travel products. If your purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher, you will be required to pay the difference.
3. Gift vouchers can only be used in a single transaction. No change or refund will be given.
4. In the event that the purchased holiday is withdrawn, any refund applicable will be issued and reflect the original payment method made.
5. The voucher is non-transferrable and can only be redeemed by the person named on the voucher.
6. Gift vouchers will be subject to verification prior to any holiday being confirmed.
7. We are not responsible if a gift voucher is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
8. Personal data relating to your purchase or use of a gift card will be used in accordance with current applicable data protection and privacy legislation and the our privacy policy. View our privacy policy for more details.
9. Broadway Travel reserves the right to refuse to redeem a gift voucher if we believe that the gift card has been obtained by fraudulent means.
10. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Broadway Travel is final.
11. Use of your gift voucher card constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions and we therefore recommend you read these carefully. It is your responsibility to check these terms from time to time to ensure you are aware of any changes which may have been made.
